Mrs. Shealy Rauba was born and raised in Ocala, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she earned degrees in both English and Classics, then attended Florida Coastal School of Law. She is the past President of the Marion County Bar association and in 2009 was named by Ocala Magazine as one of 40 individuals under the age of 40 who are poised to shape Ocala’s future.

Experience

Mrs. Shealy Rauba’s primary practice includes Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Elder Law. Prior to joining McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli, she served as an Assistant Public Defender gaining invaluable trial experience and worked with Colleen M. Duris, P.A., where she successfully submitted several applications for Medicaid assistance; represented clients in probate and guardianship proceedings; and drafted hundreds of documents to meet her clients estate planning goals.

Mrs. Shealy Rauba is highly active in the Marion County legal and professional community. She serves on the board of Marion Senior Services as well as the Public Education Foundation of Marion County and currently sits on the advisory council to First Federal Bank.

She has been married to her husband, Erik, since 2010 and they have two daughters.
