McGraw, Rauba & Mutarelli was founded with the intention of providing our corporate clients with the wide array of civil representation required to survive in the competitive and government regulated business climate that exists in today’s world and our individual clients with the personal service necessary to allay their concerns over legal matters.
Jon I. McGraw joined the firm in 2015 as a shareholder and partner. He brought his extensive knowledge and experience of real estate law to the firm, as well as his reputation for closing even the toughest deals. Mr. McGraw has conducted more than 500 real estate closings, and he also provides professional counsel on corporate and incorporation laws.
Samantha Shealy Rauba is a shareholder and partner and joined the firm in 2013. Her extensive practice includes Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Elder Law. She has a wide variety of clients including retirees, business owners, and young families. She has drafted thousands of documents to meet the estate planning needs of her extensive clientele in addition to representing clients and corporations in all manners of probate and guardianship proceedings. She also continues to successfully submit applications for Medicaid assistance for her clients and their loved ones.
Richard Mutarelli, Jr. is a shareholder and partner who joined the firm as an associate in 2016. His practice area primarily consists of real estate transactions, real property litigation and civil litigation. Mr. Mutarelli provides a one-stop shop for those clients involved in buying, leasing, managing and selling real property and has handled property related matters all across the State of Florida.
