Justin P. Carioti

Education

Justin P. Carioti was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1993. He graduated from Stetson University where he earned a BBA in Business Administration, then graduated from the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University where he achieved the coveted “book award” in the following classes: Federal Administration Law and Bar Essay Writing.

Experience

Prior to joining Schatt, McGraw, Rauba, Mutarelli, Mr. Carioti was an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting many criminal jury trials. He then worked as In-House Counsel for one of the largest privately owned title companies in central Florida. Today Mr. Carioti handles a vast assortment of civil matters including but not necessarily limited to civil litigation, real estate law, real estate closings, and business law matters. Mr. Carioti is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, County Court Mediator, and Ordained Minister.
